Appointments
Bookings are essential for all treatments. To fully enjoy your Ella Baché experience, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment– plenty of time to relax and meet with your Therapist. Please note that all treatments over 1 hour require a 50% redeemable deposit to secure your booking.

Cancellations
We appreciate 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or postpone your treatment. The 50% deposit fee for treatment bookings over 1 hour long will forfeit if less than 24 hours notice is given. If you do not arrive for your booking without notice, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment and any gift vouchers will be voided.

Loyalty Reward Program
If you purchase a series of 6 treatments from us, you will receive 1 free treatment with our compliments.

Payment
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and EFTPOS for payments of $20 or more.
